a. To foster interest in the continued development and support of the Athletic Programs, to promote and assist such programs financially and otherwise, and to promote greater interest in the program within the Sherburne-Earlville School District. b. To encourage and assist the various Sherburne-Earlville School District groups currently helping individual teams in their efforts to raise funds and to assist in the formation of such groups for those sports which do not have such groups. c. To coordinate and oversee the various functions of each individual team’s support group (hereinafter referred to as "advisory council(s)"). This shall include All Sport Boosters Fundraising activities and the collection and distribution of funds. d. To acquire, own, sell and hold real and personal property, and to accumulate and retain reserve funds to be used in the support of the Athletic Department as best determined by the Executive Committee and the Athletic Director.
