Congratulations to our high school robotics team, The Burninators 13460C, for winning the VEX VRC Spin Up Qualifying Tournament on February 12 at Rochester Institute of Technology!

In addition to earning the tournament title, The Burninators (Brayden Smith, Amon Van Alst, and robot Trogdor) also won the Robot Skills competition and the Excellence Award.

Sherburne-Earlville’s middle school entry, The Slightly Below Room Temperaturinators 13460Y (Braden Lewis, Avery Solloway, and robot Trogwindow), placed fifth in the skills competition and qualified for the Northern New York State VRC Spin Up Championship.

All three S-E robotics teams – including The Mecharauders 13460X (Jackson Barker, Aaron Romanowski, and robot R2-D2) – have qualified to compete in the Northern NYS Championship on March 11 in Syracuse.
