Your children are on our minds, but so are YOU!

We realize what a challenge it has been to have students learning online at home. We know how hard it has been to juggle work, home and school all inside of your home!

Please know that we are here to support you via phone or email. We very much appreciate all of the encouragement you have sent our way during this difficult time and we want to offer the same to you.

We will be posting tips and ideas for everyone’s emotional health in your home. We hope that your family can take some of these ideas and use them for relaxation, routine and better mental health.
