Sherburne-Earlville’s Middle School Band had the unique opportunity to participate in the Trills and Thrills Music Festival at North Warren Central School on Friday, June 7.

We performed for adjudication in front of two judges with musical-education backgrounds and scored 94 out of 100 from both to earn a “Superior” rating - the highest rating possible!

“I am proud of the hard work and dedication these students have put into this, and I am excited to see them do even better things in the coming years," S-E Band Director James Behret said.

Band members then spent the afternoon at Six Flags Great Escape in Queensbury, where they had a great time with the rides and attractions, and dined at Golden Corral Buffet before venturing back to Sherburne.
