Congratulations to Sherburne-Earlville Athletic Director Brad Perry and our 2021-2022 athletics programs, which earned a School of Excellence award from the New York State Public High School Athletic Association!

 

School of Excellence status is awarded when 75 percent of a school’s varsity programs qualify for and receive Scholar-Athlete team awards throughout the fall, winter and spring sports seasons. The NYSPHSAA recognized the following Marauders programs as Scholar-Athlete teams during the 2021-2022 school year:

 

Fall 2021: Competitive Cheerleading, Boys Cross Country, Boys Soccer, Girls Soccer.

Winter 2021-2022: Boys Basketball, x-Boys Bowling, y-Boys Swimming/Diving, Boys Indoor Track/Field, Girls Indoor Track/Field.

Spring 2022: Baseball, Boys Golf, Softball, Boys Outdoor Track/Field, Girls Outdoor Track/Field.

The NYSPHSAA also honored 86 winners of the School of Distinction Award, earned by schools when 100 percent of their varsity programs qualify for and receive Scholar-Athlete team awards in the same school year.
