Bassett’s School-Based Health Center at Sherburne-Earlville is offering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to students ages 12-and-older who are enrolled in the SBHC. Signed parental consent is required.

The Pfizer vaccine is the only vaccine approved for this age-group. Two doses are given 21 days apart.

Students of all ages can visit the SBHC at S-E Elementary School this summer on Tuesdays and Thursdays in July and several dates in August. Students who are not enrolled with the SBHC may enroll at any time.

Other local SBHCs will be open Mondays-Thursdays this summer. A practitioner will be available for calls or telehealth visits every Friday throughout the summer.
