The Sherburne-Earlville Athletic Department is seeking Athletic Hall of Fame nominees who have brought pride and distinction to the S-E Athletics program through commitment, sacrifice and dedication.
Persons interested in nominating an athlete, coach, administrator or contributor to the S-E Athletics program can download a form on our online Athletic Hall of Fame Nominations page at

Athletic Hall of Fame nomination forms are due at the end of February 2025. For more information, email Athletic Director Brad Perry at

Athletic Hall of Fame inductions take place on odd-numbered years, alternating with Wall of Fame inductions (even-numbered years).
