Congratulations to Sherburne-Earlville junior guard Tessa Cole, who earned Class C Third Team all-state honors from the New York State Sportswriters Association on Thursday evening.
Tessa averaged 23.4 points and reached the 1,000-point milestone at the varsity level during the 2019-2020 season, helping the Marauders to an 8-13 overall record and 7-9 league record.
The Center State Conference’s Division I MVP amassed 491 points during her junior season, which included a varsity-high 35-point performance against Bainbridge-Guilford on December 14, 2019.
