Delaware-Chenango-Madison-Otsego BOCES honored Toni during its annual School Library System and Grade-Level Reading Breakfast and Awards Ceremony, held Friday morning at The Canasawacta Country Club.
SEES Librarian Ted Pfohl nominated Toni for the award, which recognized her many contributions in supporting the library's efforts to improve student literacy.
