Sherburne-Earlville Pertussis Vaccination


New York State Public Health Law was amended requiring all students born on or after January 1, 1994 and enrolling in grades 6 through 10 for the 2011-2012 school year to have the booster vaccination for diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis.

Your child may receive the immunization at your family physician or a public health clinic. You may call the Chenango County Public Health Office (607-336-1661) and the Madison County Public Health Office (315-363-5490 ) for clinic dates/times. If you wish to enroll your child in the Sherburne Earlville School Based Health Clinic, he/ she may receive the immunization there at no cost to the parent.
