The Sherburne-Earlville Central School District offers high school and middle school students the opportunity to join a wide variety of clubs and activities. All are advised by SECSD faculty and/or staff members.

As of the 2023-2024 school year, the following clubs and activities are offered: Band, Chorus, Chess Club, Drama Club, FFA, French Club, Math Club, National Honor Society, National Junior Honor Society, Robotics, Ski Club, Spanish Club, Student Council, Travel Club, Varsity Club, Yearbook Club, and Youth Philanthropy Council.
